Before you choose

Questions before you start.

Which plan should I choose?: Choose Starter for the core proofing and client workflow. Choose Professional for your studio branding, connected email, mood boards, production timelines and unlimited custom workflows.
What does the trial include?: You get 30 days of full access. You can change plans during the trial. After the trial, access follows the plan you select.
Do I need a payment method?: Yes. There is no subscription charge during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your selected monthly or annual subscription starts automatically.
How does annual billing work?: Starter is $190/year and Professional is $390/year, charged as one annual payment after the trial. Each saves the cost of two monthly payments over a year.
Does VowProof take a fee from client payments?: VowProof charges a 0% platform fee on client payments. Payment processing fees still apply through your connected payment account.
Can I cancel my subscription?: Cancel through your account settings. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. For a paid subscription, access continues through the current billing period; cancellation stops the next renewal.
Do I have to move every project?: Start with a sample, then one suitable project. The importer brings across your client list. Historical invoices, payments, contracts and email history stay in your previous system.
Can I use my own logo, fonts and portal domain?: Yes, with Professional. It adds your studio branding, uploaded fonts, your own client-portal domain and optional custom CSS.
What about refunds?: Review the current Terms and Refund Policy before subscribing. Unused subscription time is not refunded after billing starts. Contact the team for review of billing errors.
