Refund Policy

Effective date: February 23, 2026

1. Subscription Cancellations

VowProof LLC subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

  • Your account remains active through the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, email support@vowproof.com and we will issue a full refund.

3. Billing Errors

If you notice a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or another billing error, contact us within 30 days at support@vowproof.com. We will investigate and issue a refund when a charge was made in error.

4. After 14 Days

After the first 14 days of a paid subscription, we do not offer refunds for unused subscription time. You may still cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@vowproof.com and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date of the charge

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
