Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

VowProof LLC offers recurring subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Certain promotional cohorts (Founding Members, Early Members, beta testers) may be offered one-time payment plans that grant access without recurring billing. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • Your account remains active through the end of your current billing period.
  • Recurring subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. One-time payment plans do not auto-renew.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation of a recurring plan.
  • No partial-period refunds are issued for cancellations.
  • One-time payment plans are non-refundable after purchase, except in the event of service discontinuation as described in our Terms of Service.

2. Free Trial

New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at signup but you will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will be made. If you do not cancel, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged automatically.

3. Billing Errors

If you notice a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or another billing error, contact us within 30 days at support@vowproof.com. We will investigate and issue a refund when a charge was made in error.

4. After Billing Starts

Once your trial ends and billing begins, we do not offer refunds for unused subscription time. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@vowproof.com and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date of the charge

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
