Copyright & DMCA Policy

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

VowProof LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

2. What We Store

VowProof allows users to upload proofs, images, proposals, mood boards, guest documents, and other files related to stationery projects. Users are responsible for the content they upload.

3. Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on VowProof infringes your copyright, send a written notice with:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  3. The location of the allegedly infringing content (URL or detailed location).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
  5. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

5. What Happens Next

After receiving a valid notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content.
  • Provide the user an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

6. Repeat Infringers

VowProof LLC may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

7. Counter-Notifications

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@vowproof.com including:

  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
  • Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which VowProof LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice or their agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
