1. Respect for Intellectual Property
VowProof LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
2. What We Store
VowProof allows users to upload proofs, images, proposals, mood boards, guest documents, and other files related to stationery projects. Users are responsible for the content they upload.
3. Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on VowProof infringes your copyright, send a written notice with:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The location of the allegedly infringing content (URL or detailed location).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Where to Send Notices
Send notices to support@vowproof.com with subject line: DMCA Takedown Request.
5. What Happens Next
After receiving a valid notice, we may:
- Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content.
- Provide the user an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
6. Repeat Infringers
VowProof LLC may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
7. Counter-Notifications
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@vowproof.com including:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the removed content and where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction of courts in the State of New York.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
