Common questions

Questions before you connect?

Do I need to connect every tool?
No. Your core stationery workflow lives in VowProof. Connect the outside services you use, and add another only when your studio needs it.
Can I connect my business email on Starter?
The connected inbox is a Professional feature. Starter sends studio emails through VowProof; Professional supports your connected Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox.
How are store connections billed?
Native store connections are an optional Professional add-on. The first 3 months are free, then each connected store is $10/month.
Do I need Zapier to run my workflow?
No. VowProof includes its own proofing, approvals, proposals, invoicing, workflows and reminders. Zapier is optional when you need to bring supported orders from another store or order source into VowProof. Incoming-order webhook access is included on both plans.
Why might an Etsy order be missing the buyer's email?
Etsy generally keeps buyer email addresses private. Imported orders can arrive without an email, so review the available customer details before contacting the buyer.
