Acceptable Use Policy

1. You May Use VowProof To
- Manage wedding stationery business operations.
- Send proofs, proposals, invoices, and contracts to clients.
- Communicate with clients through the platform.
- Store and organize project files, guest lists, and related documents.
2. You May NOT
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Upload content that infringes another party's copyright or trademark.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform without authorization.
- Resell access to VowProof without written permission.
- Use the platform for unrelated business activity outside normal wedding/event stationery operations.
- Store or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Exceed reasonable usage limits with bulk activity unrelated to normal business use.
3. Your Responsibilities
By using VowProof, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the necessary rights, licenses, and consents to upload and share all content (including client data, guest lists, designs, and images) through the platform.
- You have obtained appropriate consent from individuals whose personal information you store in VowProof (such as clients and wedding guests).
- You have the authority to send emails through connected email accounts on behalf of your business.
4. Enforcement
If we determine your use violates this policy, VowProof LLC may:
- Issue a warning.
- Temporarily suspend your account.
- Permanently terminate your account.
We may act immediately for severe violations or urgent security risks.
