Acceptable Use Policy

1. You May Use VowProof To

  • Manage wedding stationery business operations.
  • Send proofs, proposals, invoices, and contracts to clients.
  • Communicate with clients through the platform.
  • Store and organize project files, guest lists, and related documents.

2. You May NOT

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Upload content that infringes another party's copyright or trademark.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform without authorization.
  • Resell access to VowProof without written permission.
  • Use the platform for unrelated business activity outside normal wedding/event stationery operations.
  • Store or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits with bulk activity unrelated to normal business use.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using VowProof, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the necessary rights, licenses, and consents to upload and share all content (including client data, guest lists, designs, and images) through the platform.
  • You have obtained appropriate consent from individuals whose personal information you store in VowProof (such as clients and wedding guests).
  • You have the authority to send emails through connected email accounts on behalf of your business.

4. Enforcement

If we determine your use violates this policy, VowProof LLC may:

  1. Issue a warning.
  2. Temporarily suspend your account.
  3. Permanently terminate your account.

We may act immediately for severe violations or urgent security risks.
