Turn on Google Meet Links under: Consultations → Settings Every new consultation automatically receives its own Google Meet link using your connected Google Calendar. Clients will see a "Join Google Meet" button on: • Booking confirmation email • Reminder emails • Booking confirmation page • Calendar invite You also get Join and Copy Link buttons directly on the consultation details page. Rescheduling keeps the same Meet link. This feature is OFF by default, so if you primarily meet in person nothing changes. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📋 LEADS & PROPOSALS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Lead details fill in automatically. VowProof now copies recognized information from inquiry forms directly onto the lead, including: • Wedding date • Guest count • Venue • Budget • Colors • Style • Stationery pieces • Inspiration notes Works for both manually created leads and automatically created leads from lead capture forms. • Move a proposal to the correct client. Accidentally attached a proposal to the wrong lead? Use the new Move button to transfer Draft, Sent, and Viewed proposals to another client. Signed proposals remain locked. • Duplicate client warning. If the proposal email already belongs to an existing client, VowProof asks if you'd like to link the proposal instead of creating a duplicate. • Payment schedules are now validated. Custom payment schedules that total more than the proposal amount are prevented before saving. Save errors now tell you exactly what went wrong. • "Include Invoice" is now much clearer. ON = Automatically creates the invoice when your client signs. OFF = You create the invoice later from the Work Order. Fixed issues affecting busy Gmail and Microsoft 365 mailboxes where new emails could stop appearing inside VowProof. Improvements include: • Better sync tracking • Larger Microsoft mailbox batches • Faster catch-up • Automatic recovery • Early token renewal to prevent credential errors • Signed revision work orders now repair correctly. Also fixed file upload answers and download links that could silently fail. • Workflow automation fixes. Work Order stage changes now save and execute correctly. • Email reliability improvements. Fixed: • Duplicate scheduled proposal sends • Lost "Deposit Paid" automations • Emails linking to draft or voided proposals • Etsy integration improvements. Fixed an issue preventing Etsy sellers from connecting their shops. Accounts without an Etsy shop now receive a clear message instead of a generic error. • Search engine improvements. Public marketing pages are better optimized while private client portals, project links, and custom domains remain excluded from search engines. • Security improvements.
